Compliance

• You are responsible for the follow-up of assignments and projects
• You follow legal provisions and applicable regulations and monitor the impact of any changes on our company (safety, environment, sustainability, permits, etc.)
• You ensure that the legal provisions and applicable SHE regulations are followed by all parties involved
• Together with the department heads, you take care of the planning, steering and implementation of the relevant business processes

Analysis and reporting

• Carrying out risk analyses and commissioning reports
• Developing action plans and proposing appropriate prevention measures
• Investigate and analyse occupational accidents in order to contribute to the development of preventive actions
• Investigating incidents, managing and updating relevant files
• Participating in the follow-up and reporting of mandatory declarations concerning environmental legislation

Implementation

• Coaching, motivating and encouraging employees to display the desired safety behaviour
• Being regularly present on the shop floor and carrying out frequent observation rounds
• Providing advice at all levels

• Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent through experience
• Additional training Prevention Consultant Level II and/or Environmental Coordinator A or B certificate is a plus
• Affinity with a technical and pragmatic organisation
• Preferably relevant work experience in an industrial production environment
• Strong interest in guiding, enthusing employees
• Persuasiveness, maturity and communicative approach to communicate with various parties internally and externally
• Flexible and solution-oriented
• Good knowledge of Dutch
