Energy Engineer

• The Group Energy Engineer is fascinated by the proper use of energy.
• He/she sees opportunities in all energy losses or recovery possibilities.
• Reuse of residual heat, residual energy or installation of batteries or similar systems is "the" challenge. Where necessary and possible, alternative forms of in-house energy production can also be explored.
• The range of tasks includes mapping energy flows, putting forward improvement proposals, working out recovery models. And this for all energy carriers within the plant(s).
• The Group Energy Engineer will be involved in the Sustainability team of Soudal and will also negotiate the necessary energy contracts for Soudal-group.

• You have a degree in Engineering, preferably with specialization in Energy
• You are proactive and creative to work out new solutions and/or proposals
• Communicative and fluent in Dutch and English
• Strong organizational skills and a great sense of responsibility.
