In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping the consumer journey and delivering exceptional omnichannel experiences for our consumers. ? Drive daily operations of consumer programs with precision and insight, always looking for continuous improvement points.
? Establish smooth collaboration and manage internal and external stakeholders by being accountable, fostering transparency and end-to-end ownership of processes.
? Contribute to operationally setting up strategic projects into omni-channel experiences and processes for Legal Age Nicotine Users (LANU).
? Support on delivering effectiveness, efficiency and consumer centricity in the programs defined, continuously track and analyze the performances.
? Foster and champion 360 understanding of business, legal environment, internal PMI policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards for operational activities.

? You are consumer-centric to the core, consistently putting our consumers first in all endeavors.
? 2-3 years of commercial back-office experience, you possess a keen interest in connecting processes and systems. Experience in programs is a plus.

? English proficiency mandatory & Dutch proficiency is a plus
