• Ensure international payroll activities for Spain, Italy, Switzerland, and France.
• Implement robust HR processes.
• Lead audits and ensure compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and track performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or in a similar field.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
• At least 2 years of experience as Payroll Officer.
• Strong leadership and diplomatic skills, coupled with active listening and excellent interpersonal abilities.
