• Spearhead payroll management in collaboration with the social secretariat.
• Expertly manage employee secondments, including inpatriate regimes, and more.
• Ensure competitive remuneration packages and offer support with social benefits.
• Drive enhancements and actively contribute to optimizing salary structures.

• Bachelor's degree in Payroll and personnel administration or in a similar field.
• Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
• At least a first experience as HR & Payroll Officer or Payroll Consultant.
