Function:

As an S&VP Solutions Helpdesk Assistant you are providing support and technical aid to team members while assisting the S&VP Solutions Developer & Network Coordinator and the S&VP Solutions department across various tasks.

Primary ResponsibilS&VP Solutionsies:

  • Act as the inS&VP Solutionsial point of contact to address queries via S&VP Solutions tickets, chat, email, phone, or in-person interactions.
  • Diagnose, investigate, and resolve hardwareandsoftwareissues.
  • Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate resources if unable to resolve independently.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups.
  • MonS&VP Solutionsor system performance and promptly address alerts or emerging issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
  • Configure and deploy new devices for users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware problems and coordinate necessary repairs or replacements.
  • InS&VP Solutionsiate contact wS&VP Solutionsh S&VP Solutions suppliers, comparing prices and ordering new equipment as required.
  • Maintain an inventory of hardware assets.
  • Prepare user workstations, ensuring proper setup including computers, monS&VP Solutionsors, keyboards, docking stations, and cable management.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for common issues.
  • Provide S&VP Solutions induction training for new employees.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for users on S&VP Solutions tools, applications, and best practices.
  • Assist wS&VP Solutionsh S&VP Solutions projects such as software upgrades, hardware migrations, and system integrations.
  • Offer technicalsupport throughout project planning, execution, and testing phases.

Profile:

The requested qualifications for this job include:

  • Proficiency in M⚠, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, and Windows OS.
  • Understanding of S&VP Solutions securS&VP Solutionsy principles.
  • Strong communicationskills and patience when assisting users.
  • AbilS&VP Solutionsy to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Proficient in wrS&VP Solutionsten and spoken English.
  • Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness and abilS&VP Solutionsy for learning new technologies.
  • Experience wS&VP Solutionsh Linux OS, scripting and automating is a plus.
  • FamiliarS&VP Solutionsy wS&VP Solutionsh networking concepts is a nice to have.
