Our client, an IT leading company, is looking for an IT Researcher NL speaking

• Proactive resourcing and delivery of candidates
• Be responsible of the whole recruitment cycle
• Prepare and organize interviews and meetings with candidates
• Daily support to the manager in the business development tasks and activities
• Be a leader for other resourcers and maintain a team approach
• Desire to develop an expertise and knowledge in order to grow in the company

• You speak Dutch FLUENTLY, English as well, French is an asset
• You hold a Master Degree in Human Resources
• First experience in recruitment is a plus
• Motivation, negotiation and interpersonal skills with good capacity for analyzing
• You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team
