We are seeking a passionate Payroll Officer to join our international partner dedicated to the artisanal food sector, nestled in the heart of Brussels.

As a Payroll Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Payroll and Human Resources Department.

• Handle payroll data and benefits efficiently.
• Ensure accurate compensation and social documents.
• Keep staff informed of internal regulations and legislation.

• Bachelor's degree in Payroll and personnel administration or in a similar field.
• Fluent in French and Dutch or English.
• At least 2 years of experience as Payroll Officer or Payroll Consultant.
• Proactive, open-minded partner with a collaborative spirit and a keen analytical acumen.
