• Comprehensive management of employee compensation and payroll administration.
• Harmonization of payroll processes across various departments.
• Enhance payroll and compensation & benefits procedures.
• Establishment of reports and maintaining regular communication with the Financial Department.
• Become the primary contact for socio-legal inquiries.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or in a similar field
• Fluent in Dutch and French or English.
• At least 2 years of experience as HR & Payroll Officer or Payroll Consultant within a social secretariat.
• You are results-driven, a team player, organized, and you've got that extra bit of flair for sharing your knowledge.
