HR Generalist | Logistics


Sander.HR is currently seeking an HR Generalist for our partner active in the logistics sector located in East Flanders.

As part of a Belgian group, you will be working at two locations in East Flanders. The company focuses on managing the Supply Chain for professional retail customers throughout Belgium.

This is a small-scale company with a familial mindset that cares about the well-being of its people. Currently, the company is seeking a hands-on HR professional willing to handle operational and project/strategic responsibilities.


The HR Generalist will:

  • Overview a generalist scope of responsibility.
  • Focus on projects on soft HR topics (talent management, L&D, performance review, recruitment…).
  • Play an operational role for the Belgium payroll.
  • Be the SPOC for specific topics and unions representative.

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Experience working in a diverse environment with both white and blue-collar workers.
  • Native proficiency in Dutch, with proficiency in any other language considered a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, diplomacy, and a people-oriented approach.
