We're on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our esteemed partners, a leader in the aeronautical sector, in Zaventem.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you play a pivotal role in the recruitment team, spearheading the entire recruitment and selection process for our future colleagues.

Your focus is on ensuring the highest quality throughout every stage of selection, delivering a positive recruitment experience for all candidates.


  • Collaborating closely with other departments, you analyze recruitment needs across different teams.
  • Together with the Talent Acquisition team, you drive employer branding and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • You take charge of all recruitment-related tasks: crafting and disseminating job postings across relevant platforms, sourcing and screening CVs of diverse profiles, and actively participating in interviews and selection processes.
  • As an expert in your field, you provide guidance and advice to department managers on recruitment matters.

  • Holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or a related field) and possessing initial experience in recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication skills in Dutch and English, alongside a working knowledge of French.
  • Enthusiastic about Talent Acquisition, you're well-versed in fundamental recruitment methods such as interviews, CV analysis, and screening.
  • Social, assertive, and dynamic, you adeptly adapt to diverse individuals and situations to meet the specific needs of your collaborators.
