DMS Link is currently looking for a Logistics and Order to Delivery Specialist for an international company in Grimbergen.

The company is active in the electronic goods industry.

As a Logistics and Order to Delivery specialist you will be responsible for:

• Managing the day by day of the returns and inbound operations and supporting the order to delivery team with order management activities.
• Supervise the admin flow for correct customs clearance and reception of the goods
• Provide the correct visibility to the business of the the goods in transit from the supplier in SAP, via management of advanced shipping notice and tracking of the goods in transit
• Liaise with the Supply Planning team and prioritize inbound where needed to maximize business potential
• Manage possible irregularities in the supply received and liaise with the shipper to receive the proper compensation
• Supervise the admin flow for the correct visibility and inbound of the returns from the different trade partners and end consumers
• Communicate and report return statuses and anomalies back to the business
• Responsible for our reverse logistic system and further develop capabilities in close cooperation with IT, Sales and Order desk.
• Provide support to the order desk team for document reconciliation
• Follow-up on specific service partners orderbooks
• Perform order management tasks in our CRM (SAP)

You recognize yourself in the following profile:

• You are a team player & like being part of an international dynamic team
• You have solid experience working with MS Office (mainly excel) and/or G Suite, strong quantitative analytical skills is a strong plus
• You are able to engage in effective collaboration with external and internal stakeholders
• You are fluent in Italian & English. Any other language is a plus
• You are able to autonomously set priorities & meet agreed deadlines in a timely manner
• SAP experience as a user is a strong plus
• Experience working with ⚠PL and Suppliers is a plus
• You are proactive and have an entrepreneurial spirit to propose new solutions to improve efficiency
