Our client is in international organization providing innovative network connectivity technology. They are looking for a local quality manager in Leuven, who will have following responsibilities:

Site quality projets as a local ISO9001 certification and local ISO14001 certification for all the site activities.
Participate in the maintaining through the implementation of the actions that may come from the corporate ISO27001 certification.
Strong interaction with R&D department, the Manufacturing plant functions and the support functions present in the site to ensure alignment of operations with Corporate Procedures.
The role will have a strong component of interactions with Corporate Departments to support corporate quality initiatives and projects as well as ensure global processes are implemented.
Participate to the PBW committee in Belgium.

Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality standards and ISO 14001 Environmental standards
Very good command of Dutch and English
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to organize workload.
Hands-on: ability to write efficiently new processes, quality reports, communications towards customers, suppliers, other company departments
Have relevant engineering qualification
Two to five years' experience of working in a similar telecom industry environment
General understanding and knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
A thorough understanding of the company's services, products and its associated markets
Experienced Internal Auditor Registered / certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor is an advantage
