Our business partner, operating in the insurance sector, is currently seeking a Payroll Comp&Ben Partner in Brussels.

Collaborating with financial advisors, they specialize in managing pension savings for individuals and self-employed professionals. They offer a wide range of insurance products through a multitude of independent workers.

As a Payroll Comp&Ben Partner, you will provide advice on the legislative aspects of Human Resources while maintaining an operational role in line with internal strategy.

• Payroll management in collaboration with the social secretariat.
• Ensure compliance with all legal obligations regarding compensation and various benefits.
• Drafting employment contracts and various social documents for your colleagues.
• Provide advice on changes in Belgian social legislation.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or in a similar field.
• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• At least 2 years of experience as Payroll Officer or Payroll Consultant.
• You are meticulous, agile, problem solver and strong in decision.
