We are currently seeking for a Payroll Advisor to join one of our partners in the sports industry, located in Zaventem.

As a Payroll Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and payroll aspects of employees and workers throughout their professional journey.
- Handle pre-payroll tasks, and overseeing remuneration management from A to Z.
- Checking and controlling absenteeism through the timekeeping system and reports.
- Ensure administration tasks related to amendments, contracts, time credits, thematic leave, and other social documents.
- Contribute to the effective implementation of the payroll policy.
- Bachelor's degree in Payroll and personnel administration or in a similar field.
- Fluent in Dutch and French or English.
- At least 2 years of experience in Payroll or Personnel Administration.
- You are meticulous, organized, punctual, concise, and possess excellent communication skills.
- A full-time permanent contract.
