We are currently seeking for a Payroll Advisor to join one of our partners in the sports industry, located in Zaventem.

As a Payroll Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and payroll aspects of employees and workers throughout their professional journey.


  • Handle pre-payroll tasks, and overseeing remuneration management from A to Z.
  • Checking and controlling absenteeism through the timekeeping system and reports.
  • Ensure administration tasks related to amendments, contracts, time credits, thematic leave, and other social documents.
  • Contribute to the effective implementation of the payroll policy.

  • Bachelor's degree in Payroll and personnel administration or in a similar field.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French or English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Payroll or Personnel Administration.
  • You are meticulous, organized, punctual, concise, and possess excellent communication skills.
