One of our partners in the industrial production sector is actively looking for an HR Generalist in Machelen.
With a presence around the world, the company now employs over 200 people at its Belgian subsidiary.
To complete the HR department, currently made up of 3 people, the team is looking for an HR Generalist who will take charge of the entire management of the employee life cycle, with a focus on Soft HR matters.
In this role, you will act as a key intermediary between management and employees, ensuring that HR management runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
- Daily HR management, from recruitment to offboarding: you take charge of managing the employee's life cycle from A to Z
- Career management: you will be in charge of organising, coordinating and evaluating the training required by the various professions.
- Social relations management: you will support and play an active role in managing social relations and facilitating relations with the various trade unions
- HR Projects: as a proactive thinker, you will work actively on various HR soft projects to optimise, harmonise and facilitate the development of HR policy (communication, performance management, career plan, etc.).
- With an HR-oriented higher degree (or equivalent field), you have at least 4 years' experience in a Generalist HR role.
- In order to communicate with everyone in their own language and to fit into an international context, you are fluent in Dutch and English and able to express yourself in French.
- You have a first experience in the industrial sector and have already worked in blue-collar environments
