Sander HR is recruiting an HR Business Partner for a engineering services company, aiming to provide ecological and innovative solutions located in Brussels.

Our partner is a medium-sized company specializing in the development and implementation of high-quality green engineering services. With a strong presence in the local market, they have successfully expanded thanks to a people-centered company culture.

To support their HR department, they are seeking an HR Business Partner with a broad scope of responsibilities in soft HR, who is eager to contribute and grow in the role.


The HR Business Partner will:

  • Act as a genuine business partner with managers and teams.
  • Manage soft HR topics including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, workforce planning, and internal mobility.
  • Drive the HR strategy as a change manager focused on human resources.
  • Communicate with social partners.

  • At least 4 years ‘experience in a similar role (ideally in a technical environment).
  • Master's or bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in Dutch with a professional level of French and/or English.
  • Dynamic personality, proactive and willing to make the difference in a familial company.
