HR Business Partner | Industrial sector

Sander.HR is currently looking for an HR Business Partner for our partner active in the pharmaceutical & life sciences sector located in Mechelen.

As part of an international group, you will be based at the site located in Mechelen. The company is growing and focusing on delivering smarter and innovative solutions to their customers in the pharmaceutical sector.

The structure is flat, and there is a high possibility to take initiative and grow in the role. This position reports locally to the HR Manager, who aims to transfer knowledge and elevate the HR department and policies to the next level.

The HR Business Partner will:

• Overview a generalist scope of responsibility.
• Focus on projects on soft HR topics (talent management, L&D, performance review, recruitment…).
• Develop the employer branding and compensation & benefits.
• Be the SPOC for specific topics and unions representative.

• At least 5 years ‘experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the industry or sector involving white & blue collars.
• Bilingual in Dutch and a good level of French and English.
• Team player, strong communication skills, diplomatic and proactive approach.
