HR Generalist | Mobility Services

Sander.HR is currently seeking an HR Generalist for our partner engaged in mobility services, located in Brussels.

As part of an international company, you will be based at the Brussels office.

The company is committed to providing tailored mobility services for discerning clients who expect a premium approach.

The company structure in Belgium is flat, with broad responsibilities that encompass operational, project, and strategic topics. This position requires proactivity and a people-centric approach.

The HR Generalist will:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle.
• Process the payroll via SD Worx.
• SPOC for the employees.
• Participate in the recruitment activities.
• Work on various HR projects.

• At least 3 years ‘experience in a similar position.
• Experience in a generalist HR role.
• Fluent in French with a good level of English.
• Discreet, good communication skills, diplomatic and proactive approach.
