Junior HR Business Partner | Logistics

🔗 is currently seeking a Junior HR Business Partner for our partner operating in the logistics sector, situated in Leuven.

As part of an international group, you will be stationed at the Leuven site.

The company is experiencing growth and is dedicated to providing smarter and innovative solutions to its customers in the logistics sector.

The organizational structure is flat, offering ample opportunities to take initiative and advance in the role.

This position reports locally to the HR Manager, who encourages independence and opportunities to contribute to the development of the HR department.


The Junior HR Business Partner will:

  • Oversee the entire employee life cycle.
  • Actively participate in the talent acquisition strategy.
  • Work on talent management and learning & development projects.
  • Serve as the trusted contact person for internal personnel.

  • At least âš  years ‘experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in a sector involving white & blue collars.
  • Fluent in Dutch and a good level of French.
  • Team player, strong communication skills, diplomatic and proactive approach.
