HR Advisor | Fashion Industry - German Speaking


One of our partners, a recognized actor in the fashion industry, is actively seeking an HR Advisor in the Brussels region.

Present internationally, the company has developed a strong reputation over the years and is now among the leaders in its market. Despite significant growth, the organization maintains a simple operation and offers a comfortable and pleasant working environment.

To strengthen its HR team in Belgium and take charge of personnel management in Europe, the headquarters is seeking an HR Advisor to support the HR Manager in both operational and strategic HR aspects.


  • Complete HR management for all workers in Germany
  • Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all complex HR-related questions
  • Recruitment management for support functions
  • Implementation of Hard and Soft HR projects and involvement in continuous improvement of procedures
  • Development of IT systems and participation in HR digitalization
  • Involvement in setting up training programs for staff

  • With a successful initial experience in HR, particularly in Hard HR, you are not afraid of administrative tasks
  • You have excellent communication skills in French and German with a good level of English
  • Meticulous, attentive, and organized, you pay attention to details and can work autonomously and proactively by prioritizing your tasks
  • As a trustworthy person, you can work discreetly handling confidential information
