Support to the Head of HR in Leuven - Recruitment and Various projects

One of our active partners in the logistics sector is seeking an HR Officer to join their team in Leuven.

The Belgian office currently requires reinforcement. As an HR Officer, you will work directly with the Director of Human Resources and will be responsible for all Soft HR matters and Recruitment. Leveraging your experience and adaptability, you will ensure the effective implementation of HR processes and policies.


  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for blue and white-collar workers from A to Z, including onboarding new employees.
  • Organize and implement training and development programs.
  • Oversee, monitor, and report on the evaluation and performance process.
  • Effectively handle various staff inquiries, primarily related to social and labor law issues.
  • Collaborate in the development of various HR projects and further development of HR policy.

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM or equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR officer or generalist function.
  • Previous experience in recruitment and selection, with an affinity for logistics profiles.
  • Dutch native speaker with good knowledge of French.
  • Strong analytical skills, sociable, and capable of building strong relationships.
