• Ensure Payroll Management for white-collar (Joint Committee 200).
• Ensure daily personnel information updates.
• Collaborate closely with the social secretariat file manager.
• Contribute to HR project development and implementation.

• Bacherlor's degree in Human Resources Management or similar field.
• At least two years of experience as Payroll Officer or Payroll Consultant.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
• Thrive in analytical work and remain resilient under pressure.
