Purpose of the job

Will you be our new HR Officer to our Global Supply Chain scope? We invite you to join our Global People Team, operating from Belgium but with a global reach. You will be responsible for leading various processes throughout the employee lifecycle – from the administrative part of onboarding to offboarding, benefits and a variety of administrative tasks which are all aimed at ensuring a positive employee experience. Moreover, you will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all documentation, presentations and communications are delivered punctually and with the highest quality. Role Key Accountabilities

  • Point of contact for our Global employees and provide them with answers to their daily HR-related inquiries.
  • Support the Global People team with assisting in drafting contracts, government documents, policies, templates, organigrams, and other documents that need to be updated.
  • HR life cycle from beginning to end: support with administrative tasks to guarantee newcomers have a great onboarding; support with parental leave, sick leave, promotions, change of jobs, and offboarding of leavers.
  • Act as the escalation point for our employees with internal stakeholders, guaranteeing a proper follow-up.
  • Support the team with carrying out monthly HR data reports.
  • Create engaging communications and presentations for HR-related topics. Initiative and creativity are more than welcome in this process!
  • Follow-up of HR related PO's and invoices.

  • Education: Bachelor or Master's degree related to Human Resources subject (specific Master's degree in HR will be considered as a plus).
  • Ideally min. 2 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Knowledge of Belgian labor law.
  • Strong administrative skills, eye on details, discrete and precise with data.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Advance Office skills, being familiar with HR platforms (e.g., Workday, etc.) is a plus.
  • Dream big and never satisfied attitude.
  • Good analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel are always an advantage.
  • Relationship builder - strong interpersonal and communication skills: building relationships, ability to listen, and communicate clearly.
  • Able to manage confidential information with proper discretion.
