Head of Technical Team for the EU Institutions

At SMTH Connect and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.


  • Planning and task definition

  • Call handling status and escalation
  • Quality control and risk analysis
  • Generation of status reports
  • Problem reporting
  • Planning resource usage (shifts, holidays, projects)
  • Managing the change control procedure
  • Tracking activities against plans and providing regular reports
  • Monitoring costs, timescales, and resources used
  • Providing effective leadership for the operational team
  • Ensuring all tasks align with client needs, wishes, and preferences


  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree + minimum ⚠ years of relevant experience in similar roles
  • You are fluent in English and French, both written and oral
  • You possess strong project management, team management, and quality management skills
  • You are professional, adaptable, problem-solver, multitasking, result-oriented, precise, listener, and have excellent communication skills
  • You are autonous and proficient in IT (with excellent skills in all of the MS Office applications) and in business management tools
  • You have some familiarity with the EU Institutions, ideally with experience working with elected Members
  • You hold an ITIL V⚠ Foundation Certification
