Auto Claims Handler (Dutch-speaking)

Responsibilities:

* Assist clients in Dutch: Provide support to brokers and customers over the phone for reporting auto insurance claims and follow-up on claims files.
* Claims Investigation: Open files with the necessary documentation to thoroughly investigate auto insurance claims.
* Policy Assessment: Verify coverage under the policy for the reported incidents and assess liability.
* Collaboration: Work closely with brokers and experts to analyze all aspects of the customer's situation and compare them with policy terms.
* Cost Evaluation: Determine, in accordance with policy terms, the costs to be covered and make informed decisions to accept or reject claims.
* Administrative Follow-up: Ensure efficient administrative handling of claims files and oversee the financial settlement process.

Ideal Profile:

* Educational Background: Ideally possess a bachelor's degree in insurance or a related field.
* Experience: Demonstrated professional experience in handling auto insurance claims or similar roles.
* Autonomous and Proactive: Exhibit the ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
* Analytical Skills: Possess a strong analytical mind to assess and process complex insurance claims.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written). Proficiency in French is a plus.
