Logistic Executive wanted by KK Agency

As a Logistic Executive, you will be responsible for placing orders with suppliers, ensuring

compliance with client specifications, overseeing the quality and compliance of imported

goods before planning deliveries through our various carriers to our diverse clientele.

As a Logistic Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with suppliers (client criteria, quantities, delivery deadlines, etc.).
• Supervising quality control based on specifications.
• Overseeing compliance with EU standards based on products and materials.
• Communication with freight forwarders; organizing transportation and delivery to
• clients; providing necessary documents.
• Communication with clients (specifications, quantities, delivery deadlines, etc.).
• Acting as an intermediary between suppliers and clients at every stage of production
• and delivery.

• Prior experience in importing goods.
• Knowledge of EU quality standards.
• Excellent command of English, and either French or Dutch.
• Precision, organization, attention to detail, and rigor are essential qualities.
