Italian speaking Customer Service professional

RVL Connect is currently looking for an Italian speaking Customer Service professional.

The company is located in Zaventem, and this is a full-time position in an international environment.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service role include:

  • Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels from customers.
  • Providing accurate and timely information about products, services and orders to customers.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
  • Recording customer interactions and updating customer databases.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications required for the Customer Service position:

  • Minimum high school diploma.
  • Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
