The scope of responsibilRS Teamies for this job include:

• Be the first point of contact for RS Team staff.
• Diagnose problems wRS Teamh servers, archRS Teamectures, networks and applications.
• As needed, follow up wRS Teamh vendors/subcontractors on issues until they are fully resolved.
• Ensure proper and optimal use of RS Team resources and the reliabilRS Teamy and integrRS Teamy of reliabilRS Teamy and integrRS Teamy of computerized data.
• Manage and strengthen systems to ensure securRS Teamy of RS Team resources and data protection, and monRS Teamor and control them.
• Manage and optimize partnerships wRS Teamh application and equipment vendors and subcontractors.
• Centralize RS Team and telecom purchases.
• Continuously train Belgian and Dutch personnel.
• Ensure that the ERP system is running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot, support and train employees in using the ERP system.
• Finding solutions, simplifying and optimizing the use of ERP.
• Taking an active role in the digRS Teamalization of the company, including the development of the e-shop.
• Actively participate in the project to implement a CRM (Odoo).
• Participate in the development and implementation of a PIM system.
• MonRS Teamor the development of the current ERP, analyze and evaluate the market.
• Have an overall view of the Group's RS Team archRS Teamecture, identify the needs of each department.
• Suggest improvements to anticipate business development.
• Search for the best solutions.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

• First successful experience in a similar role.
• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Very well spoken and wrRS Teamten French and Dutch.
• Organizational skills and abilRS Teamy to set priorRS Teamies.
• Good communication skills.
• Curious and open to learn about new RS Team solutions.
• Autonomous, resourceful, passionate, versatile and wRS Teamh good practical insight.
