Sr. Supply Chain Manager, Reusables EU / UK, Global Procurement Operations Reusables Team (GPORT)

As a Sr. Supply Chain Manager, EU / UK for Reusables, you will be broadly responsible for assisting in developing the strategic vision for your specific program area in order to provide sustainable reusable support of key indirect supply chain non-inventory processes to global customers in GCF and beyond.

You will define program requirements, own and lead supply assurance and continuity of supply for reusables and defect reduction for specific aspects of the global reusables supply chain. You will be responsible for a portfolio of projects and build KPIs, ensure they are measurable, actionable, and auditable while working with operations customers as the face for reusables non-inventory processes and solutions in the supply chain.


  • Work with EU and global partners and stakeholders to understand the current state of the circular economy – then build the ideal state with these same global partners.
  • Develop and document an operations engagement strategy to assure the supply of reusable goods and services within the network.
  • Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to show performance and proactively identify risk in the supply of key non-inventory supplies.
  • Track the progress of onboarding new customer groups.
  • Build business reviews that clearly communicate to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with the Senior Manager to lead projects from initial development to implementation that will streamline processes to drive operational improvements.
  • Create quality analyses on a day-to-day basis.
  • Create buy-in for the vision with key internal partners.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience in supply chain
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Experience leading process improvements
