B&G Services (ATS) is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, technically skilled, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Procurement Manager. In this role, you will drive the sourcing of services that support the growth of the B&G Services's Middle Mile network.

• You are responsible for the procurement of a specific Surface Transportation category in our middle mile network. Your sourcing footprint covers EU and UK.
• You will define procurement strategies for your area of responsibility and set up key Procurement KPIs to measure, monitor and improve metrics such as Total Cost of Ownership.
• You will work closely with a team of Operations, Program and Product Managers to drive the collection and implementation of requirements, ensure alignment with corporate objectives and contractual obligations.

A day in the life
Team work and cross-functional dependencies are part of our day to day in B&G Services. You will be expected to work closely with the B&G Services Fleet Programs, Operations and Finance teams. The candidate has influence and networking ability to deliver in highly ambiguous environment.

Basic Qualifications

• A degree
• Relevant professional experience in procurement
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and in the local language
• Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
• - Relevant experience in using data analytics to solve problems such as customer, partner or business performance issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or distribution
• Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
• A bachelor's, master's or advanced degree in business management, economics, law, engineering or supply chain and logistics
