HR Business Partner | Fast-Growing Company


We are actively seeking an HR Business Partner for one of our partners, a fast-growing logistics company based near Antwerp.

As a leader in its market, our partner currently employs nearly 500 workers across Belgium and is committed to providing a work environment that allows everyone to thrive.

To support the Human Resources team, our partner is looking for someone who can take on various aspects of employee management and handle a wide variety of HR projects that can enhance and optimize different procedures.

In this role, you will apply all of your HR knowledge in a 360-degree, diverse, and evolving role, allowing you to take on both strategic and operational HR aspects.


  • Talent Management: Analyze needs in collaboration with hierarchical leaders to determine desired profiles and draft job descriptions.
  • Internal Mobility Management and Promotion: Ensure proactive talent management by facilitating career discussions, internal transfers, performance evaluations, and workforce planning.
  • HR Operational Support: Provide comprehensive operational HR support, including conflict management, compliance with social legislation, disciplinary processes, reorganizations, and exit interviews.
  • Compliance with Rules and Policies: Ensure compliance with company rules, procedures, policies, and HR strategies, particularly on-site, for effective HR management.
  • Monitoring and Collaboration with Social Partners: Monitor agreed-upon actions following union visits on-site, collaborate with social partners, and actively participate in various HR projects while maintaining a strong commitment to safety at all levels.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in HR and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in the logistics sector.
  • You can communicate fluently in Dutch and English, French is a plus point.
  • You are assertive with good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • As a true hands-on person, you are not afraid of traveling to different sites and enjoy being close to workers.
