You will be part of the Herent team and will focus on the further development of the region, together with your colleagues!

Your responsibilities will include the following tasks :

• You have a nose for and creative mind to spot and bring in commercial opportunities in the Leuven region;
• You search the job market and drive in the Leuven talents that fit your vacancies in portfolio;
• You are a bridge builder between client and candidate. You connect the needs and requirements of all parties involved;
• You like to discover the "story behind the story." Conduct in-depth interviews? Identify talents and skills in your candidate? You can;
• You figure out the needs behind the demand. You understand in detail what your clients expect and offer the most appropriate solution MetiSelect has in store. You act as a true #hiring partner;
• You are looking for human contact in various forms: commercial visits, coaching, job fairs, events ... this is what energizes you.

• You are multilingual, that way you can help candidate and client in their own language. The most ideal scenario: (strong) knowledge of Dutch, good knowledge of French and English;
• You know the language of HR and Sales and can convey this to both (potential) client, candidate and colleague. Sharing is caring;
• You are looking for a results- and solution-oriented work environment, you bring your own dynamics here to reap the benefits together. Attitude is definitely key;
• You have a permanent Belgian driver's license in your pocket;
