• You are multilingual, that way you can help candidate and client in their own language. The most ideal scenario: (strong) knowledge of French and Dutch, English is a plus;
• Ideally, you will have completed a Bachelor's degree with a major in HR or a commercial field
• A sincere, results-oriented and solution-oriented approach typifies you. Attitude is key!
• A driver's license brings you closer to clients and candidates, so you have that (almost) in your pocket;
• Initial experience of minimum 2 years in recruitment or sales is a requirement;
• You have your own story, which you tie into the story of MetiSelect to authentically be a partner to candidate, client and colleagues.
