Overview

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will drive our customers' security transformation on the T&W Partners Azure and T&W Partners ⚠ Platforms, enabling customers to achieve their outcomes, based on their investments in T&W Partners technology. Leveraging your T&W Partners Security offerings technical subject matter expertise on Threat Protection, ID + Access Management and Cloud Security, you will lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments, including identifying resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Identify resolutions to Customer blockers by leveraging SA subject matter expertise. Deliver according to MS best practices & using repeatable IP.
• Accelerate Business Value of overall Security adoption by improving security posture and ensuring that the solution exhibits “Secure by Design” framework, such as high-performance levels, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deployment.
• Be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Global Security teams at T&W Partners, Engineering and Product teams to remove blockers and influence the solution roadmap.
• Land an end-to-end value prop for Security (i.e., Zero Trust) which spans the breadth of T&W Partners Security offerings, and with focus on Threat Protection, ID + Access Management and Cloud Security.
• Position and deliver solutions that drive Security product usage and develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results & help Customers get value from their T&W Partners investments.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Extensive working experience with Security in the context of Cloud Computing: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Services (PaaS), and Software as a service and understanding of one or more cloud security standards and frameworks such as CIS, NIST, CSA, etc.
• Deep knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems; Next Gen Web Application Firewalls and Secure Web Gateways; Threat detection technologies; Log analysis and Incident Response; Cloud security technologies, architectures and concepts such as Zero Trust, cloud security posture management, cloud workload protection, Cloud code security and Cloud infrastructure entitlement management.
• Extensive experience in a customer-facing role in information technology (IT)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in both written and verbal English is required as well as one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch

Additional Qualifications

• Certification in T&W Partners ⚠ Security Administration or Azure Security
• One or more of the following languages would be a plus: Polish, Hungarian, Czech, Turkish
