Specialized residential real estate development company based in Luxembourg

HVAC SITE MANAGER

• Acting in constant liaison with the company's management, the design office, and the work teams you coordinate, you are responsible for the successful execution of construction sites in both technical and human aspects, which you achieve by effectively organizing work, precisely defining human and material needs, and ensuring rational and optimized use of available resources.
• As a responsible and conscientious leader with solid technical knowledge gained through extensive experience or strong personal investment, you ensure rigorous control of the work and ensure compliance with safety rules and applicable provisions for the operations under your responsibility.
• You participate in the selection of subcontractors, optimize execution choices, and ensure compliance with the contract in terms of quality and deadline with the ambition of customer satisfaction.
• You carry out and/or participate in the commissioning of installations, and write intervention reports.

• Level VI diploma in the construction field according to European certification or equivalent
• Minimum ten years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in French is essential

• Monthly salary ranging from €4000 to €5800 gross depending on experience and qualifications,
