Sander HR is recruiting an HR Business Partner for a medium size company providing high-value advice to professionals aiming to innovate. The company is based in Brussels.

Our partner is specializing in providing expertise and advice to professionals looking to develop business strategies. At the core of the company, attracting and retaining talent is crucial in the highly competitive and dynamic landscape of today.

To support their HR department, they are seeking an HR Business Partner with a comprehensive understanding of HR activities, possessing developed expertise within soft HR topics that blend operational and strategic aspects.


The HR Business Partner will:

  • Act as a genuine business partner with managers and teams.
  • Manage soft HR topics including recruitment, learning and development, talent management.
  • Participate in operational and strategical HR topics.
  • Communicate with social partners.

  • At least 5 years ‘experience in a similar role (ideally in a fast growing and/or professional services sector).
  • Master's or bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in English with a professional level of French and/or French.
  • Dynamic personality, proactive and willing to make the difference in a small company.

  • An annual income of up to €95,000 depending on your previous experience.
