Global Risk Manager


Anheuser-Busch InBev is looking for someone talented to join their Global Risk Management team and help developing innovative ways of solving complex business problems through the use of data analytics and Agile approach.

You will work with a highly dynamic and high-performing team, who will perform internal audit projects across Zone Europe and on a global level, reviewing all areas of the organization to
provide assurance and to solve real business problems, understand underlying processes and make recommendations in order to add value to the business.

  • Lead agile project teams in reviews and internal audit projects.
  • Support team members in their project streams, identify and remove blocker to the audit success.
  • Assess complex business issues, identify business risks and opportunities through data analytics and process mining.
  • Develop your network and influence with Senior Leaders and collaborate with other teams.
  • Set up impactful action plans to mitigate unveiled risks and help the team to follow up on action plan implementation.

By joining the team, you will have the opportunity to work in a small but truly Global team and perform reviews, during which you will have the opportunity to learn about a large variety of business processes across ABI. You will develop further your analytical, soft and risk management skills. You will also grow a wide network of contacts at all levels in the Zone and globally.


  • Experience : 5-8 years in finance-related functions or similar roles.
  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Accounting and Finance Principles: Solid understanding of fundamental accounting and finance principles.
  • Risk Assessment: Good processes understanding and capability to identify both financial and operational risks.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management, with a preference for familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving & Collaboration Mindset: Ability to effectively uncover the root causes of complex business challenges and find sustainable solutions in collaboration with
    stakeholders and teams.
  • Analytical and Data Skills: Analytical mindset and capability for handling large datasets.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communicator, capable of describing complex problems and influence teams and senior management (both orally and in writing).

  • Language Skills: Fluent proficiency in English.

Good to have or willing to learn

  • Knowledge of SAP that you can leverage to perform in-depth analysis during reviews
  • Experience with programming, ideally query languages (SQL and variations), data mining or reporting tools (Python, R, PowerBI, web crawling, etc.)
