As Payroll & Compensation Benefits partner, you'll spearhead the optimization of the employees' salary packages while ensuring seamless payroll processes.

• Conduct comprehensive benchmarking studies to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Drive the implementation of a flexible cafeteria plan to enhance employee benefits.
• Lead and empower a dynamic Payroll team, providing daily supervision and support.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of HR to develop and refine payroll policies that drive organizational success

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or in a similar field
• Fluent in English, Dutch or French.
• At least one previous experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a comparable position.
• You are reliable, meticulous, punctual, and possess innate leadership abilities.
