SITE MANAGER

• You are responsible for construction sites in their administrative, technical, and financial aspects, either in the field of structural work or finishing work.
• After examining the architect's plans and the execution plans from the design offices, you ensure the preparation and planning of construction sites, particularly by estimating the cost of works, evaluating equipment and personnel needs, responding to tenders, making authorization requests, preparing orders, consultations, and selecting subcontractors after developing the necessary specifications and contractual documents.
• Ensuring constant communication between management, the architect, the design office, and site managers, you ensure the successful execution of construction sites by organizing work and controlling their progress and the quality of their execution, thereby guaranteeing compliance with professional standards and contractual provisions.
• You ensure compliance with safety regulations and applicable provisions for the operations under your responsibility. You have a strong sense of responsibility and interpersonal skills.
• You are a technician with solid technical knowledge and extensive experience in construction sites.

• Level VI diploma in the field of construction according to European certification or equivalent
• Minimum ten years of experience in works management.
• Proficiency in French is essential
