Our client is an international not-for-profSDR Partners organisation founded over ⚠ years ago.

As an SDR Partners Helpdesk Assistant you are providing support and technical aid to team members while assisting the SDR Partners Developer & Network Coordinator and the SDR Partners department across various tasks.

Primary ResponsibilSDR Partnersies:

• Act as the inSDR Partnersial point of contact to address queries via SDR Partners tickets, chat, email, phone, or in-person interactions.
• Diagnose, investigate, and resolve hardwareandsoftwareissues.
• Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate resources if unable to resolve independently.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups.
• MonSDR Partnersor system performance and promptly address alerts or emerging issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Configure and deploy new devices for users.
• Troubleshoot hardware problems and coordinate necessary repairs or replacements.
• InSDR Partnersiate contact wSDR Partnersh SDR Partners suppliers, comparing prices and ordering new equipment as required.
• Maintain an inventory of hardware assets.
• Prepare user workstations, ensuring proper setup including computers, monSDR Partnersors, keyboards, docking stations, and cable management.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for common issues.
• Provide SDR Partners induction training for new employees.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for users on SDR Partners tools, applications, and best practices.
• Assist wSDR Partnersh SDR Partners projects such as software upgrades, hardware migrations, and system integrations.
• Offer technicalsupport throughout project planning, execution, and testing phases

The requested qualifications for this job include:

• Proficiency in M⚠, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, and Windows OS
• Understanding of SDR Partners securSDR Partnersy principles
• Strong communicationskills and patience when assisting users
• AbilSDR Partnersy to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
• Proficient in wrSDR Partnersten and spoken English
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
• Willingness and abilSDR Partnersy for learning new technologies
• Experience wSDR Partnersh Linux OS, scripting and automating is a plus
• FamiliarSDR Partnersy wSDR Partnersh networking concepts is a nice to have
