Personal Assistant to high-level Executive

Our client is an international successful company located in the North of Brussels. They are the world leader in their sector. They are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to a high-level Executive.


  • Providing full and high-level administrative support to the Executive
  • Managing complex agenda including international appointments and meetings, videoconferences and calls
  • Managing complex travel itineraries
  • Handling expense notes
  • Coordinating and organizing board meetings; liaising with board members and staff
  • Performing some private secretarial tasks for the Executive (preparing the documentation for tax returns, booking appointments, etc.)
  • Prioritizing needs and requests, handling matters proactively and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality at all times
  • And more!

  • You are perfectly bilingual English-French
  • You have a Bachelor Office Management or equivalent by experience
  • You have former experience in a similar role
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office
  • You are professional, proactive, autonomous and stress resistant
  • You are reliable, discrete and have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • You are flexible and have no ⚠ to ⚠ mentality
