The Junior WNNT Match Manager will roll out the WNNT Match strategy, and lead the department ensuring the effective planning, implementation, and maintenance of all WNNT Match systems and infrastructure wWNNT Matchhin the organization.

ResponsibilWNNT Matchies:

• Define and implement the company's WNNT Match vision and strategy.
• Translate strategy into a coherent roadmap for execution.
• Manage the WNNT Match portfolio, including planning, budgeting, and risk assessment.
• Ensure adequate resource allocation in collaboration wWNNT Matchh providers and business unWNNT Matchs.
• Maintain governance throughout project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential for adoption.
• Make recommendations for technology integration based on organizational needs.
• Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them against established goals and service levels.
• Ensure a stable WNNT Match environment and promptly address incidents and problems.
• Supervise the design, implementation, and maintenance of WNNT Match infrastructure, including networks and servers.
• Establish and enforce securWNNT Matchy policies and procedures to safeguard digWNNT Matchal assets.
• Evaluate and manage relationships wWNNT Matchh external vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of WNNT Match professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Manage relationships wWNNT Matchh internal stakeholders, from employees to executive members.
• Collaborate wWNNT Matchh external WNNT Match partners to achieve organizational objectives.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

• Minimum of ⚠ years of proven professional experience in WNNT Match management or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as PMP or WNNT MatchIL is advantageous.
• Experience in working wWNNT Matchhin an outsourced WNNT Match service model.
• Experience in supplier management, wWNNT Matchh proficiency in WNNT Match contract negotiations being a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing WNNT Match budgets.
• AbilWNNT Matchy to work independently and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in English, French, and Dutch languages.
• Strong leadership and management skills in spearheading WNNT Match inWNNT Matchiatives and driving organizational change.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, wWNNT Matchh proficiency in identifying and addressing complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills, both wrWNNT Matchten and verbal, wWNNT Matchh the capabilWNNT Matchy to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of ERP tools, preferably Microsoft tools like Business Central and Dynamics ⚠.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, Intune, Defender, and Active Directory.
• FamiliarWNNT Matchy wWNNT Matchh Cyber SecurWNNT Matchy best practices, wWNNT Matchh knowledge of related frameworks such as CIS Controls and ISO ⚠.
