B&M Team is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist (h/f/x).


B&M Team is evolving. Join our community as a Customer Experience Specialist and help shape our future. Our Customer Experience Team acts as a social partner for clients and temporary workers, enabling us to handle payroll and invoicing matters more effectively. This team also focuses on (proactive) communications towards our customers which will help build relationships with clients and temporary workers from an aftersales perspective and increase customer satisfaction.


As a Customer Experience Specialist you will:

  • Build strong relationships with temporary workers and clients to guarantee a ⚠ star experience
  • Be the ⚠st line support (phone/mail) for temporary workers and clients on assignment

  • Handle questions from:

Temporary workers: on illness, holiday, contract, salary & benefits, timesheet, social documents = advisory role
Clients: on invoicing, approving timesheets, illness and holiday

  • RC Experts the approval of timesheets
  • Follow-up on absences (sickness, holiday,…)
  • Communicate proactively and draft newsletters on hot topics
  • Optimize work processes
  • Update documents/manuals for clients and temporary workers in an attractive way and make them available in Dutch, French & EnglishWork closely with our internal divisions (Payroll, Legal, Marketing, Sales Teams)

What skills do you need:

  • A Bachelor degree or similar by experience in an administrative job
  • Experience in administration is a must
  • Good knowledge of French, Dutch & English
  • You know your way around MS Office
  • Taking initiative is your second nature
  • You highly value accuracy and are a problem solver
  • With your excellent communication skills you are a real relationship builder
  • A team player who enjoys a collaborative work environment but is also able to work autonomously
  • You can quickly adapt to a changing environment
