For one of our renowned partners, we are actively seeking a Talent Business Partner in the Brussels region.

To strengthen the Talent team, they need someone with significant experience in recruitment to develop, attract, and select the best talents. In this role, your job is not limited to interviewing candidates! You have a ⚠° view of all human needs within the company and successfully carry out various projects related to talent acquisition, retention, and attraction.


  • Managing recruitment processes from A to Z
  • Liaising with managers, advising, and analyzing different needs for each team
  • Developing recruitment campaigns and partnerships (schools, job fairs...)
  • Projects related to Employer Branding and talent acquisition strategy
  • Developing recruitment tools and candidate search

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management (or equivalent field)
  • Significant recruitment experience of ⚠ years
  • Excellent communication skills in French with a good level of Dutch and English
  • Serving as an ambassador for the company culture externally; you enjoy contact and have good persuasion skills
  • Passionate about recruitment and interested in the various aspects of the function
