In this role, your job is not limited to interviewing candidates! You have a ⚠° view of all human needs within the company and successfully carry out various projects related to talent acquisition, retention, and attraction.

• Managing recruitment processes from A to Z
• Liaising with managers, advising, and analyzing different needs for each team
• Developing recruitment campaigns and partnerships (schools, job fairs...)
• Projects related to Employer Branding and talent acquisition strategy
• Developing recruitment tools and candidate search

• Bachelor's degree in HR management (or equivalent field)
• Significant recruitment experience of ⚠ years
• Excellent communication skills in French with a good level of Dutch and English
• Serving as an ambassador for the company culture externally; you enjoy contact and have good persuasion skills
• Passionate about recruitment and interested in the various aspects of the function
