As a Payroll Advisor, you will monthly manage salary input and provide customized reports on calculated data.

  • Become the primary liaison for their social partners and occupational medicines.
  • Ensure specific reporting and monitor compliance with the processes of the social relations department.
  • Ensure the monthly payment of wages for both blue-collar and white-collar workers.
  • You closely monitor social legislation to ensure accurate implementation.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR-field, personnel administration or in a similar field.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French.
  • At least ⚠ years of experience in Payroll or Personnel Administration.
  • You work with discretion, precision, and you are able to set your priorities.
