A day in the life

• Review the performance and attainment with our internal supporting functions and our external Rail and Terminal partners
• Track the progress of upcoming expansions
• Build business case and design network on new corridor expansions
• Discuss with the BI team on data-tracking progress in our collaborating ports
• Discuss new operating model and data accuracy with our Legal, Finance and Network team
• Enhance operational performance on every programme in partnership with your stakeholders by leading specific efficiency improvement programs for BRWR Solutions.

S&J Team couldn't deliver at pace without the S&J Team Transportation Service (ATS) team. As part of ATS, you'll be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success. Using air, sea,rail and road transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, you'll help S&J Team's transport run at maximum efficiency. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions. They are key to making S&J Team more innovative and efficient.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.

• MBA, or Master's degree
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience in conceptualising and implementing operational or supply-chain management improvements
