Product Manager EU Inventory Efficiency, Availability and Inventory Management

SCOT's EU Automated Inventory Management (AIM) team owns the management of Amazon's inventory investment and key business outcomes. We are the ones who are looking around the corners to connect the dots that no one is thinking about yet and then driving those insights into tangible results. We are looking for a Product Manager with a focus on Inventory efficiency, particularly Tail Inventory Performance for the 9 EU country stores. You will collaborate with key Retail and SCOT leaders to create and implement strategic product plans that will ensure we have the largest selection ready to ship to customers at any time, especially for the products managing Tail inventory. You will work closely with these leaders to give insights, knowledge, and proposals for new products and features. You will work with Business Engineers to create metrics and reporting solutions to assess progress and performance, and you will be in charge of conducting data reviews and in-depth analysis to lead corrective measures and product.


Build product roadmap(s) and feature priorities to improve ability of EU9 stores to manage tail inventory profitability

  • Create and analyze performance metrics to inform decision making and new feature additions
  • Drive improvements of these metrics to improve EU Stores ability to keep Tail ASINs in inventory in a profitable way

Basic Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years product management experience or inventory management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering analytical products
  • Experience working with a complex international inventory or supply chain management organization
  • Experience managing relationships at senior levels (Director)
