CLTN Link is recruiting an HR Business Partner for a medium size company providing advice to professionals, the company is based in Londerzeel.

Our partner long-standing reputation for providing high-quality legal services to both national and international clients. The company is known for its client-centric approach, innovative solutions, and deep understanding of complex matters.

To serve their clients, the company is in different sites across Belgium and beyond.

The HR Business Partner will:

• Act as a genuine business partner with managers and teams.
• Manage soft HR topics including recruitment, learning and development, talent management.
• Participate in operational and strategical HR topics.

• At least ⚠ years ‘experience in a similar role (ideally in a fast growing and/or professional services sector).
• Master's or bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in Dutch with a professional level of French and English.
• Dynamic personality, proactive, and eager to make a difference in a human-sized company.
