At VD Partners in Roeselare, we are looking for a Support Assistant for our Support & Managed Services department. Our audiovisual department with projects you can admire in the building of the NATO and the European Commission, is located in Roeselare.

Project Assistant – Customer Support

Function

  • You are responsible for the helpdesk and the management of support requests
  • You ensure the administrative follow-up of the interventions, from the request till its closure
  • You are responsible for part of the department's administration
  • You manage the planning and organisation of our technicians
  • You are actively involved in the financial management of the contracts
  • You work closely with the Team Manager and the Project Engineer to manage invoicing
  • You daily prepare offers in collaboration with the Project Engineer

Profile

Structured, organised, analytical, customer-oriented, communicative and problem-solving are characteristics you recognise in yourself.

You will work in Word, Excel and SAP on a daily basis. Don't you have experience with these? Then we provide training!

You can communicate at a certain level in Dutch, French and English.
